Nick Piazza is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in global talent and HR operations within major industrial technology companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Emerson since July 2017, Nick leads enterprise-wide talent acquisition and HR transformation initiatives for a $17B+ organization with over 70,000 employees. Previously, Nick held the position of Vice President Human Resources for Emerson’s Asia Pacific region, overseeing HR for a $3B+ operation. Nick's career with Emerson includes roles as General Manager and various VP positions across Europe and North America, demonstrating a strong track record in HR leadership and operational oversight. Nick holds an MHRIR and MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by a BS in Finance from the same institution.
