Madhup Gupta serves as Vice President of Corporate Development at Emerson since April 2022. Prior to this role, Madhup held a position at Hillenbrand from November 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included leading the acquisition program, managing M&A pipelines, and executing significant transactions, including a ~$2 billion acquisition of Milacron Holdings and multiple divestitures totaling over $400 million. Previous experience includes consulting roles in corporate development and M&A, a Vice President role in investment banking at Bank of America, and managerial positions in corporate finance at Hyatt Hotels and Credit Suisse, where Madhup contributed to transactions exceeding $5 billion. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance & Investment Management from Yale School of Management and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
