Jim Templin is a highly experienced Senior Principal Test Engineer at Emerson Process Management since November 2012, specializing in manufacturing test system software development for high-volume, high-precision instrumentation. With a strong background in C# and SQL Server databases, Jim has an extensive history in automated manufacturing test systems, including leadership roles at Entegris Sensing and Controls and NT International. Earlier career experiences include developing test systems for spirometry products at QRS Diagnostic and supervising test engineering for patient ventilation products at Mallinckrodt, as well as roles at Tyco, Nellcor Puritan Bennett, and Rosemount. Jim began in the industry as an Equipment Engineer at Kroy after obtaining a BSME in Engineering from the University of North Dakota and later a mini MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
