Colette Fretton is an experienced professional in organisational development and coaching, currently serving as Organisational Development Programme Manager and Project Manager at NHS South, Central and West since August 2021, focusing on Learning & Development interventions across healthcare. Colette also facilitates Power Circles for Emerging Women since February 2018, empowering professional women to develop their leadership identities.
