Colette Fretton is an experienced professional in organisational development and coaching, currently serving as Organisational Development Programme Manager and Project Manager at NHS South, Central and West since August 2021, focusing on Learning & Development interventions across healthcare. Colette also facilitates Power Circles for Emerging Women since February 2018, empowering professional women to develop their leadership identities. Previously, Colette worked as a Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner at Colette Fretton Coaching from 2016 to October 2021, and served as Chair of Governors at Hiltingbury Infant School from 2014 to 2018, during which the school achieved an Outstanding Ofsted rating. Colette's earlier career includes roles as an HR Consultant at Colette Fretton Consulting Ltd (2008-2015) and HR Organisation Development Manager at British American Tobacco (1998-2007). Colette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University, earned in 1995.
