Sarah Kerr has extensive experience in human resources and youth leadership. Since June 2019, Sarah has worked at the Emerald Youth Foundation, advancing from Human Resource Intern to Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to this role, Sarah served as a leader for Young Life, engaging with high school students from September 2016 to September 2019. Additional experience includes babysitting for various families, volunteering at Young Life’s Malibu Club, and working at Smoothie King. Sarah also pursued international studies, gaining insights into global cultures and marketing during a study abroad program. Educationally, Sarah holds a High School marketing degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completed in May 2019.
