Inga Gromova is a seasoned Senior UI/UX Designer at Emerald City Games, specializing in mobile app design since February 2020, contributing to projects such as Tomb Raider Reloaded. Prior experience includes leading the UI/UX Design team at Game Insight, where Inga managed documentation and recruitment while promoting strong UI disciplines. As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Crazy Panda Games, focus was on creating effective UI and UX for Stellar Age: MMO Strategy, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. At Nexters, Inga shaped the visual style of "Hero Wars" and developed UI guidelines, while earlier experience at Iricom Group involved overseeing the UX/UI design process for games through the creation of mockups, visual assets, and implementation. Inga holds a degree from the Institute of Communication Technologies, earned between 2008 and 2013.
