Claire Rush has a diverse work experience. Claire currently works at Emburse as a Customer Support Expert, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Web Designer & Content Writer for K.D.L Painting and Renovations from April 2021 to June 2021 on a freelance project, where they created the company's website, established a social media presence, and collaborated with the owner on branding and design. Before that, Claire worked at Investintech, starting as a Customer Service Specialist from May 2015 to December 2017. Claire was later promoted to Reseller Sales Manager in January 2018 and managed the corporate portfolio for global reseller software sales until February 2021.

Claire Rush obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, which they completed between 2005 and 2009. In addition to their formal education, Claire has recently obtained certifications in Customer Service related skills, specifically in Call Control Strategies, Problem Solving and Troubleshooting, and Listening to Customers. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in July 2022.
