Gélorme Juste has a diverse work experience. In 2015, they worked as an Enqueteur at Management Sciences for Health. In 2016, they became a Formateur at Conseil Electoral Provisoire. From 2018 to 2020, Gélorme served as the Coordonnateur à la Jeunesse et à l'Université at Organisation du Peuple en Lutte. In 2019, they worked as an Enquêteur at Innov Consult Group. In 2020, Gélorme became a Conseiller du Ministre des Affaires Etrangères at Ministère des Affaires Etrangères et des Cultes. Later in 2020, they took on the role of Counselor and Head of the Consular Section at the Embassy of Haiti in Washington. Currently, Gélorme is working as a Law Specialist since 2022.

Gélorme Juste obtained a Diploma in Political Science and Government from CEDI in the years 2011 to 2015. Following this, from 2015 to 2019, they pursued a degree in Law, specifically a Licence de droit, at Université d'État d'Haïti.
