Ivan Palma has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ivan started their career at Mexpack International in 2011 as an Inside Sales Representative, where they worked until December of 2012. In 2013, they joined Intermec by Honeywell as an Inside Sales Representative until August of the same year. Shortly after, they became a Value-Added Partner Manager at Honeywell, a position they held until December 2015. From January 2016 to November 2018, Ivan worked as a Scanners Specialist at Honeywell. Finally, they joined Elo Touch Solutions in December 2018 as the Sales Manager for Central America, the Caribbean, and the Andean Region.

Ivan Palma obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Ivan attended the university from 2005 to 2009.
