Caitlin Heather is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client operations and photography. Currently serving as the Manager of Client Operations at ELMO Software since January 2021, Caitlin has progressed through roles including Senior Account Coordinator and Account Coordinator. Caitlin is also a dedicated photographer with Caitlin Heather Photography, established in August 2012. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Flight Centre Travel Group from September 2014 to November 2020 and production management at Field of Vision Photography from December 2007 to September 2013. Caitlin holds a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping & Accounting from Monarch Institute, a Diploma of Tourism and Events from Flight Centre Travel Academy, and a Diploma of Photoimaging from Melbourne Polytechnic.
