Caroline Miranda-Perez has over two decades of experience in client operations and team leadership within the finance and technology sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Client Operations and Siebel CRM Administrator at ELM Resources since 2005, Caroline oversees the implementation team and manages accounts with significant disbursement responsibilities. Prior experience includes leading a team of mortgage loan processors at MortgageIT, facilitating support for educational institutions at JP Morgan Chase, and promoting educational initiatives through philanthropic relationships at Operation Exodus. Educated in Political Science at Eastern University, Caroline has also held leadership roles as a board member and mentor.
