Aziz Koufkouf has worked in a variety of roles in the financial services industry since 1998. Aziz began their career at MasterCard in 1998 as VP Product Management. In 2006, they moved to Visa where they held the role of New Technology Head, MENA. In 2009, they joined FutureCard as VP Business Development and Marketing. In 2010, they returned to MasterCard as Emerging Payments - New Products. In 2015, they moved to PayVas as Managing Director and is currently Regional Director, Middle East and North Africa at Ellipse since 2022.

Aziz Koufkouf obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from Institut Mines-Télécom Business School between 1995 and 1997.
