Ditte Stern Bach currently serves as Afdelingsleder and Kompetenceudvikler at Special Minds, focusing on educational and vocational development for young adults with autism, particularly in IT qualifications for employment. From 2010 to 2015, Ditte held roles at AspIT as Afdelingskoordinator, where responsibilities included leadership, project management, educational development, and HR, as well as serving as Specialkonsulent, providing guidance and coaching in autism pedagogy.
