Alex Apostolopoulos co-founded Ellenos in 2013 and has been involved with the company since its inception. Prior to that, they worked as a Law Graduate at Irish Bentley Lawyers from 2011 to 2012.

Alex Apostolopoulos has a diverse education history. In 2006, they started their studies at Bond University and pursued a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of International Relations (Business), which they completed in 2011. During their time at Bond University, they also undertook a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2012. In 2009, Alex briefly studied Global Negotiation at Université catholique de Lyon. In 2010 and 2011, they attended Southwest University of Political Science and Law, where they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Chinese Law & Chinese Language (Mandarin).
