Shajir Ahmed holds extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. As a Founder and Managing Director of Super Silica Bangladesh Limited since January 2014, Shajir spearheaded the establishment of the first agro-waste based manufacturing plant for Green Sodium Silicate and Activated Carbon in Chattogram, Bangladesh. Additionally, Shajir serves as Deputy Managing Director at Super Group of Companies and as Director at Elite Paint & Chemical Industries Ltd., both since January 2010. Shajir is also a member of Greentech Alliance since March 2022. Prior experience includes a position as Central Accounts Officer at Habib Bank AG Zurich from January to December 2009. Shajir holds a BSc in Business Management from King's College London and an International Baccalaureate from UWC South East Asia.
