Theo Martin is an experienced leader in the industrial business sector, currently serving as the Head of BOC South Pacific since February 2019 and also as Director of Industrial Business. Prior to this role, Theo held various senior positions at The Linde Group from November 2006 to February 2019, including Head of Sales & Marketing - East Asia and Head of Bulk Business - China. Theo's career at BOC South Pacific began in January 2000, with roles ranging from Strategic Investment Manager to Production Engineer. Early experience includes working as an Oil & Gas Engineer at Transfield Services Worley Parsons Ltd JV. Educational qualifications include a 1st Class Honours Engineering degree and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from Macquarie Business School.
