Rod Rodriguez has over 20 years of experience in operations and management within various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Elite Flooring, Inc. since December 2018, Rodriguez previously held titles such as Vice President of Operations and General Manager within the same company. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Cr Homes Inc. and Director of Manufacturing/Operations at Priton, LLC, where Rodriguez led teams in the startup of business initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as VP of Manufacturing/Operations at Wisenbaker Builder Services, General Manager at SurfaceTechnology Corporation, and Director of Operations at Anns House of Nuts.
