Christoph Santschi has a diverse work experience in the fields of enterprise architecture, IT applications and development, IT management, coaching, and actuarial information systems. Christoph has held various roles such as Head of Enterprise Architecture and Design at elipsLife, where they were responsible for IT strategy and development, and Manager of Actuarial Information Systems and CRM at XL Global Services, where they oversaw the development and maintenance of actuarial data marts and managed the allocation of resources between IT and actuarial teams. Prior to that, they worked at Winterthur and Swiss Life in management positions related to life insurance and pensions. Christoph Santschi currently works as a Mental and Vital Energy Coach at Kolibi Vitality Coaching, specializing in promoting vitality and slowing down the decline of metabolism.

Christoph Santschi obtained a degree in Biologischer, Biochemischer Richtung from ETH Zürich, where they studied from 1981 to 1986. In addition to their academic education, they have obtained certifications in Analysis of personal setup & potentials from Chifinity, Mental and personal transformation Coaching from Holistic Coaching, and Transformation Coaching from 4 Wind Society. Christoph also holds a certification in Project Management SGO.
