Yael Kidron is a seasoned user experience researcher with extensive expertise in leading mixed-methods research initiatives to enhance user empathy and inform product development. Currently serving as a Senior User Experience Researcher at eHealth, Inc., Yael Kidron previously held roles at Globality, Inc. as a Staff User Experience Researcher, and Curology as a User Experience Researcher. Previous experience includes a UX Researcher position at Facebook, Director of the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics at Santa Clara University, and over 14 years at the American Institutes for Research in various analytical roles. Yael Kidron holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Haifa.
