Prior to this, Yvette has held various positions in the tech operations field such as Production Support Team Lead and Control-M Consultant at BNSF Railway. Yvette has a wealth of experience in project management, documentation, and facilitating instructional workshops. With a strong background in scheduling and testing services, Yvette has consistently shown dedication to improving processes and increasing skill sets to better serve customers and their company.
