Amy Lukas has over 30 years of experience in the field of design and project management. Amy is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of People & Culture at Elevate Sports Ventures since August 2021. Previously, Amy was a Co-Founder and Women Business Owner at Infinite Scale from September 2002 to August 2021, where they managed complex projects for events such as college championship games and Super Bowls. Prior to that, they worked at the Salt Lake Organizing Committee 2002 as the Look of the Games Design Lead & Design Project Manager, overseeing the development of cohesive communications systems for global events. Amy also has experience as a Senior Environmental Graphic Designer at Selbert Perkins Design from October 1997 to October 1999 and as an Environmental Graphic Designer from September 1995 to October 1997. Amy began their career as a Student Assistant at the University of Cincinnati and has also held internships at various design companies, including Selbert Perkins Design, Carla Hall Design Group, and ST Publications Magazine Publishing.

Amy Lukas attended the University of Cincinnati from 1989 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design.
