Yumna Darwish has extensive experience in community management, currently serving as Community Head at ntam since April 2020, where responsibilities include selecting the tone of voice for communication, researching new accounts, and analyzing strengths and weaknesses while overseeing team performance. Previously, Yumna held the positions of Community Team Lead, Community Specialist, and Social Media Specialist at ntam from September 2017 to July 2019. Yumna earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Alexandria University, completing the program in December 2011.
