Johanna Lindwert Lannér

Head of People Experience at Eletive

Johanna Lindwert Lannér has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Crew Member at McDonald's for three years. From 2004 to 2005, they served as a Qurator at Västgöta Nation, where they managed operations and volunteers for a student organization in Lund. In 2005, they joined Academic Work, initially working as a Consultant Manager responsible for the entire recruitment process and later taking on additional roles as Team Manager and Labour Law Specialist.

Within Academic Work, Lannér held various managerial positions, including Head of Operations Malmö from 2012 to 2013 and Head of Operations Stockholm South from 2013 to 2014. These roles involved analyzing forecasts and results, making recommendations for activities, headcount, and training to meet departmental goals. Johanna also led a team of Team Managers in these positions. Lannér then transitioned to more specialized roles within Operations Management, such as Group Operations Specialist and Acting Group Operations Director. During their tenure, they focused on process improvement, system development, and aligning operations processes across different markets.

In 2014, Lannér became the Quality Manager for ISO certification in Sweden at Academic Work. Johanna was responsible for measuring, improving, and managing quality goals, as well as ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. From 2015 to 2016, they continued their work as a Group Operations Specialist, aiming to develop operations within the Academic Work Group.

Lannér then took on various roles within Academic Work's IT department, including Project Manager - IT in 2018 and Head of IT Operations and Support from 2019 to 2020. These positions involved managing IT projects, implementing KPI measurements, and optimizing internal IT functions.

Most recently, Lannér joined Eletive in 2021 as the Head of People Experience, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's people experience initiatives.

Johanna Lindwert Lannér completed their education at both Lund University and Bäckängsgymnasiet. From 2001 to 2006, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Labour Law at Lund University. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1998, they completed their Studentexamen at Bäckängsgymnasiet, where they studied under the Naturvetenskapligt program.
