People And Culture Manager at The Iconic

Corryn Luburic has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Corryn is currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at THE ICONIC, a role they began in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Custom Fleet from 2016 to 2022, where they held the position of People, Performance & Culture Leader ANZ.

Before joining Custom Fleet, Corryn worked at the NSW Department of Industry from June 2015 to December 2015 as a Senior Advisor, Organizational Performance. In this role, they provided HR advice, coaching, and guidance to designated client groups, focusing on talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance development.

Later, in 2006-2007, Corryn attended Western Sydney University to complete a Graduate Certificate in Business with a focus on Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
