Seann Graddy is an accomplished video game executive with extensive experience in production and development. As Vice President and Executive Producer at Electronic Arts since April 2011, Seann leads a team of over 100 professionals to deliver AAA sports titles, overseeing game quality, feature sets, budgets, and project execution for next-generation platforms such as XBOX One and PS4. Previously, from January 2004 to 2011, Seann served as Senior Development Director for the NCAA Football franchise, contributing to a significant improvement in its Metacritic scores, and as Development Director for various other AAA titles. Prior to joining Electronic Arts, Seann worked at America Online from January 1997 to January 2004, where responsibilities included technical management and project management for existing client updates. Seann holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science/Studies from Florida State University.
