Omer Kochba is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in research and development leadership. Currently serving as VP R&D, Platform at Moon Active, Omer leads efforts in one of the fastest-growing mobile gaming companies. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at Convizit, Omer managed the R&D unit and oversaw technological vision and software development lifecycle. With a long tenure at NICE Ltd, Omer advanced through various roles, culminating in R&D Manager of Multi Channel Recording, where leadership included managing a global team and overseeing product delivery. Omer has also contributed academically as a lecturer at Reichman University, teaching Operating Systems in the global computer science program. Omer holds both M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in Computer Science from Reichman University.
