Laetizia Cristofari is an experienced human resources professional specializing in organizational management and development. Currently serving as Responsable développement social et projets RH at EFI Automotive since November 2023, Laetizia has held several transitional HR leadership roles in various organizations, including DRH positions at Ossabois and the Association La Roche, where Laetizia contributed to supporting individuals with mental disabilities. Previous experience includes pivotal roles at TANNERIES ROUX (group LVMH), Aubert & Duval, and Framatome, focusing on social relations, strategic HR development, and driving organizational transformations.
