Marc Schoenen currently serves as the Director of Compensation at General Motors, focusing on compensation strategies amidst the company’s transition to an all-electric future. Prior to this role, Marc was the VP of Total Rewards and People Operations at Impossible Foods, where efforts centered on sustainable food systems. Marc's extensive background includes serving as the Senior Director of Global Compensation at Uber, overseeing compensation for a workforce spanning over 50 countries, and leading Google's international compensation practice as Global Compensation Director. Earlier career experiences include roles at GE Energy Financial Services, Deloitte as a fraud examiner, and Tucker Alan Inc. as a senior consultant. Academically, Marc holds an MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School and a Magna Cum Laude BA in Business Administration and Economics from Franklin & Marshall College.
