Cynthia Ryan has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Cynthia is currently working as an Instructional Designer & Developer at ELB Learning (formerly eLearning Brothers) since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the CEO and Founder & Creative Director at Edgeworks Creative, a media services company, from January 2012 to August 2021. Cynthia also worked as an Instructional Designer & eLearning Developer at Interactive.Training from July 2019 onwards.
