Tyler Dunaway is an experienced Learning Experience Designer currently employed at Unboxed Training & Technology since July 2022, previously serving as the International Baccalaureate Department Chair and Spanish Educator at Henrico County Public Schools from August 2005 to July 2022. In these roles, Tyler has demonstrated expertise in program analysis, curriculum development, and professional development for educators, achieving a 98% pass rate for learners annually. Tyler's background also includes experience as a Curriculum Developer and School Administrator, focusing on creating rigorous language curricula and facilitating training opportunities. Tyler holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the same institution. Additional training was received at the CPI - Centro Panamericano de Idiomas and Proyecto Lingüístico Francisco Marroquín in Guatemala.
