Amanda Winschel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Elara Caring since March 2019, Amanda has significantly contributed to the company's mission of providing personalized in-home care by developing a compassionate workforce. Prior to this role, Amanda held positions at Pyramid Home Health Services, where recruitment processes were streamlined across Missouri, and at the Perryville Area Chamber of Commerce, where a successful revitalization of the organization was achieved through innovative strategies. Amanda's career began at the Southeast Missouri Food Bank, where leadership in managing children's programs led to a substantial increase in the number of children served.
