Justine Conway is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and finance. Currently serving as the Global Head of Business Development and External Innovation at Elanco since January 2020, Justine Conway previously held the position of Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from April 2010 to December 2019. Prior roles include Associate at Macquarie Bank from February 2007 to August 2010 and Paralegal at Freehills from 2004 to 2005. Justine Conway holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Finance, both obtained from UNSW between 2000 and 2005.
