Dmitry Popov has worked in various roles since 2000. Dmitry began their career at EDN Sovintel LLC, where they served as a Senior Project Manager, Carrier Services Department, Leading Engineer, Data Transmission Group, NOC, Head of Group, and NOC Engineer. In 2009, they joined VEON, where they were a Senior Account Manager of International Carrier Relations and Head of Carrier Relations Group. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Head of Traffic Management and Business Analysis Department at OJSC ā€œMTTā€. Since 2019, they have been a Project Manager at eKassir Ltd.

Dmitry Popov attended Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace and Instrumentation from 1994 to 2000.
