Randal Chenard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance industries, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Consultant at EIS Ltd since July 2021. Prior roles include Director of Client Services and Director of Product Development at Unum, where Randal was responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and leading significant product redesign initiatives. As Executive Director of The HealthDoers Network, Randal focused on developing strategic frameworks and technology strategies to support healthcare improvement efforts. Randal also held the position of Program Director for the State of Maine's healthcare innovation model, aimed at reforming healthcare statewide. Previous experience includes various leadership roles at Unum, encompassing strategy execution and field operations, with a proven track record of achieving substantial operational efficiencies and business growth.
