Paolo Bottiglieri has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Disabled People Assistant at SAGAT Torino Airport in 2012. In 2015, they worked as a Performance Statistics Analyst at Fiat Torino Auxilium and as an Operational Assistant at FIJLKAM - Italian Federation of Martial Arts. In 2016, they worked as a Basic Accountant - pro bono for FB di Bottiglieri Francesco. In 2017, they were a Mountain Section Supervisor at Decathlon Italia. In 2018, they worked as a Corporate Social Responsibility Analyst at Spinlab s.r.l. In 2019, they were an Ambassador for Impactscool, an organization aiming to change the world through education and new collaborative tools. Currently, they are the Co-Founder & Chief Community Officer at WeGlad.

Paolo Bottiglieri began their education in 2007, when they attended Liceo Scientifico Carlo Cattaneo and obtained their Diploma scientifico in Biologico in 2011. Paolo then attended Politecnico di Torino and obtained their WIP in Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2016. In 2016, they also began their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Innovation at Università degli Studi di Torino, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, they obtained an IELTS certification from the British Council.
