Ole Rølvaag is a seasoned executive currently serving as the CEO of Eika Økonomi since April 2024, having held various leadership roles within Eika Gruppen since November 2010, including Group Head of Brands & Innovation and Group Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer. With expertise in strategy, innovation, branding, and corporate development, Rølvaag has significantly contributed to one of Norway's largest banking groups, focused on retail clients and SMEs. In addition to leadership roles at Eika, Rølvaag is an Advisory Board Member at the Brandinnova Research Center and a founding member of The Wicked 7 Project. As the Owner and Executive Chair of Generator Group, a consultancy network, Rølvaag has fostered collaboration among specialists in brand leadership and social entrepreneurship. Rølvaag’s educational background includes executive programs at Saïd Business School, Columbia Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Queen Margaret University.
