Marissa Greinert is an experienced Account Manager at eg+ worldwide since September 2022, with a strong background in customer experience and account management gained through previous roles at Nordstrom and Leo Burnett - Martin Retail Group. At Nordstrom, responsibilities included enhancing customer relationships and managing online order fulfillment. At Leo Burnett, Marissa progressed from Account Coordinator to Account Supervisor, overseeing creative projects for Cadillac and Buick - GMC, coordinating communications between numerous stakeholders, and managing multiple local market strategies. Prior internships at Jigsaw, LLC, and FIS provided foundational skills in content creation and editing, complemented by a degree in Communication and Media Studies from DePaul University.
