Sam Stephens serves as the Vice President of Digital Success at Egon Zehnder, where responsibilities include leading initiatives on technology adoption and change management, alongside developing a robust Digital-IT organization. Prior to this role, Sam was a Director at McKinsey & Company, overseeing strategy and transformation for the Technology & Digital Function, and successfully led agile transformations and digital acceleration efforts. Sam's extensive experience also includes roles in project management and research, with foundational education comprising an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from Stanford University.
