Jenni Hämäläinen currently serves as the Head of Research at Egon Zehnder, a leading leadership advisory firm, since January 2022. Previously, Jenni held roles as a Senior Business Analyst and Research Analyst, where key responsibilities included systematic candidate identification and market intelligence for client projects. Prior experience includes serving as an Unemployment Benefit Specialist and Assisting Specialist at Ammattiliitto JHL, and a Talent Sourcer at Academic Work. Jenni's career began with a HR Planning Trainee position at VR Group, following a Marketing Intern role at BaseN, and project coordination for a large student event at the Association of Economics Students in Turku. Jenni holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku, with additional studies at Hong Kong Baptist University.
