Sahar Monavari is a seasoned HR technology and process management professional with extensive global experience in HR operations, data governance, and systems implementation. Currently serving as the HR Technology, Data and Process Manager at Egmont since November 2020, Sahar is responsible for HR process improvement, compliance training rollout, and the integration of newly acquired companies. Previously, at Falck, Sahar held roles that included HR Technology, Process and Master Data Director, focusing on HR data governance and the implementation of a global Human Capital Management System. Earlier experience includes leading HR transformation projects at Radiometer with Workday implementation, overseeing HR systems adoption at A.P. Moller - Maersk, and managing change delivery for global initiatives across multiple projects. Sahar is pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Liverpool, alongside additional Master's studies in Information Systems from Lund University and a degree in Computer Engineering from Azad University.
