Ioannis Panagopoulos began their work experience in 2010 as a Market Researcher and Data Quality Controller at GfK. From there, they worked at Serco as a Vodafone Unified Communications Sales Manager and at RONIN Corporation as a Market Researcher. In 2011, they joined Kantar Operations where they were responsible for Quality Assurance, Localization and Testing of web surveys. Ioannis then moved on to Kantar Media as a Media Evaluation Analyst. In 2012, they worked as a Market Researcher at Kudos Research and as a Financial Market Researcher at GfK. In 2013, they briefly worked as a Financial Researcher at Finaccord. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Gorkana as a Head Analyst. Ioannis is currently working at Cision, where they have held multiple roles including Data Analyst, Senior Data Analyst, and Senior Analyst since 2016.
Ioannis Panagopoulos holds an MSc in Analysis Design and Management of Information Systems from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Prior to that, they earned both an MEng and BEng in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
In addition to their formal education, Ioannis has obtained various certifications. These include Behavioral Finance from Coursera in June 2023, Google Project Management Professional Certificate from Google Career Certificates in June 2023, AWS Machine Learning Foundations from Udacity in October 2022, Elements of AI from University of Helsinki and Reaktor in April 2022, Data Science for Business Innovation from Coursera in February 2022, Content Marketing from HubSpot Academy in December 2021, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in December 2021, edX Verified Certificate for From Poverty to Prosperity: Understanding Economic Development from edX in April 2017, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in December 2021.
