Prof. Braslavsky is the head of the Biochemistry and Food Science undergraduate program, at the Smith Faculty of Agriculture, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He holds a PhD in Physics from the Technion. He is an expert in the development of scientific instrumentation.
