Catherine Merritt is the CEO and Founder of Spool Marketing and Communications, where a people-first philosophy and innovative approach have driven significant growth since September 2018. Catherine also holds positions as a Limited Partner at Portfolia, Supply Change Capital, and Silicon Road, and is a member of the Chief network for senior women leaders. Previous experience includes consulting roles at Be Curious Partners and Merritt Group Consulting, as well as co-founding Finnbin and founding MUMZY, a crowdfunding site for mothers. Catherine has a strong background in marketing, having led MSLGROUP's consumer practice as Senior Vice President, and possesses a BA in English and Creative Writing from Skidmore College.
