Katherine Lomax currently serves as an Application Coordinator at Grady Health System, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Katherine worked at E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley as a Virtual Client Solutions Specialist from October 2023 to April 2024 and at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital as a Patient Services Specialist in 2020. Katherine's extensive experience in customer service includes a long tenure as a Customer Service Specialist at Egg Harbor Cafe since July 2014 and a previous position as Customer Service Team Lead at Zaxby's Franchising LLC from November 2014 to January 2016. A background in data entry was gained while working as a Data Entry Specialist at General Dynamics Information Technology in 2021. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies and an Associate of Science in Health Services from Georgia State University.
