Kelly DeMarco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various design and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Egg Collective since July 2022, Kelly previously held positions including Chief Operating Officer at Fresco Decorative Arts and Consultant from 2018 to 2021, focusing on business development and purpose-driven leadership. Notable prior roles include Managing Director at David Weeks Studio, where Kelly restructured operations and improved productivity, and Director at Q Collection Junior, establishing operational frameworks for sustainable furniture manufacturing. Kelly began the career as Director of Marketing at Netto Collection and has held creative and merchandising positions in various companies. Kelly holds a BFA in Furniture Design and Interior Design from Cornish College of the Arts and additional education at Pacific Northwest College of Arts.
