Monika Deeran is an experienced professional in international development and marketing, currently serving as Associate Manager at Effie Worldwide since July 2022, after a tenure as Coordinator in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as CRM Specialist at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and Marketing Coordinator at Marks Paneth LLP, where Monika implemented various marketing initiatives and strategies. Monika's diverse background also includes positions in program coordination, communications, and community management across multiple organizations, highlighting expertise in event coordination, social media strategy, and grant research. Monika holds a Master's Degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Arts Education, obtained from the School of Visual Arts, along with studies at Jagiellonian University and Uniwersytet Zielonogórski.
