Jenn Begon's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of People Team - ET/EA at EF Education First since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Wayfair as an Associate Director from 2021 to 2023, a Senior Manager from 2020 to 2021, and a Merchandising Operations Manager from 2018 to 2020. Before joining Wayfair, they held various roles at EF High School Exchange Year, including Director Of Program Operations from 2017 to 2018, Director of Compliance from 2014 to 2017, Director of Program Support from 2013 to 2014, Program Support Manager from 2012 to 2013, and Compliance Manager from 2011 to 2012.

Jenn Begon attended the Mediterranean Center for Arts and Sciences in 2010, where they studied abroad and conducted senior thesis research. Their studies focused on Italian Government, Mafia Studies, and History. Following this, Jenn attended Bates College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Politics.
