Erin Sandford is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Team Manager and Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at PeopleScout APAC since December 2021, where the focus is on delivering comprehensive talent solutions within the global economy. Erin also holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at UBT. Prior to these roles, Erin worked as General Manager of Recruitment at Global Talent Agency and held positions including Candidate Manager at TDR Group and Executive Search/Talent Scout at Recruitment Project Manager. Erin's career includes key roles at Bundaberg Regional Council and IPA, where a strong emphasis on operational efficiency, client relationship management, and dedication to customer service has been consistently demonstrated.
