Fredrik Claesson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Seniorkonsult at Edward Lynx since October 2023, Claesson previously held the position of Managing Director for Change & Transformation at PBM Sweden AB from August 2021 to October 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at Implement Consulting Group as a Partner and Management Consultant, and at Polismyndigheten as Chef över utveckling av ledarskap och medarbetarskap. Claesson's background also encompasses positions at Assessio, Kairos Future, and Forsmarks Kraftgrupp AB, among others. Academically, Claesson holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from Uppsala University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Stockholm University, along with additional educational experiences at prestigious institutions such as Harvard University and Lund University.
