Rhiannon Thomas currently serves as a Senior Partner at Kearney, a position held since February 2014, where roles have included Partner, Principal, and Manager. Rhiannon was a Founding Member at Chief from October 2022 to October 2023 and previously worked as a Volunteer Consultant at TechnoServe from September 2013 to February 2014. Early career experience includes positions as a Consultant to Project Manager at Mars & Co. from January 2006 to July 2013 and as a Consultant at Interbrand from March 2005 to January 2006. Rhiannon holds educational qualifications from the University of Cambridge (2003-2004), the University of Warwick (2000-2003), and the Centre International de Valbonne.
